Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

At D2POWER we make every effort to keep the costs as low as possible for our customers. To best service this all standard air mail shipping will be sent only on Tuesday and Friday of each week (excluding public holidays). Upon confirmed payment we will allocated a register mail number for the item and the shipment will be scheduled to the earliest shipping day possible.
For example if the Tuesday shipping day is missed , the item will be scheduled the next shipping day , in this case it will be on Friday .however, all express shipping will not be affected.

We will send the item from UK, USA, Hong Kong, Australia or China warehouses, also we will depends where have stock and send it from there.

 

How long does shipping take? 

The Defaut shipping is Register post is 5-15 days.

Express (3-7 days)

 

How to change shipping method:

You can change the shipping toby adding $15 cost in the PayPal payment we will have it shipped by ordinary mail accordingly.

 

How to Track shipping ?
you can login to your PayPal account to track your item after it is paid , if the item is scheduled to be sent it will be allocated a tracking or register number for the item . alternatively you can email us your full PayPal payment details to service@d2power.com we can check it up for you as well Thanks ! 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Normally don’t as it is a low cost item we rarely receive any Tax issue from customers 

RETURNES

We strive to sell the best product at the best price, giving you maximum value in your purchase. All Products are tested before it is sent out. As you can see we have sold thousands from our history and feedbacks, If you suspect a problem with the product please advise us, you can also send it back to us we can check it for you,

-if we found no problem with the unit we will send it back to you at your cost, but the checking is free,

-if it is found damaged by improper installation, we will quote you for the cost to repair or replace and return it to you at your cost,

-if it is found defective we will repair or replace a new one and send it back to you at our cost.

 

 

Do you refund?

Yes refund is acceptable

Please make sure you send us the return details and the address properly and the reason for sending it back 
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our warehouse (email us for the address) in its original condition (opened or installed products cannot be refunded) and we will refund your purchase price less shipping cost
